Tech Rig Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Tech Rig, we take pride in delivering reliable, compliant, and timely services to our clients in the trucking industry. While our goal is always to fulfill every order with precision and care, we recognize that certain situations may require adjustments, cancellations, or refunds. The policy below outlines how we handle such requests.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days of your original payment if the following conditions apply:
Full Refund
- No work has been initiated on your order.
- No filings have been submitted to FMCSA or any regulatory body.
- No consultations, custom guidance, or services have been delivered.
- The request is made within 3 business days of placing the order.
Partial Refund
- A partial refund (up to 75%) may be approved if document review or preparation has started but the service has not yet been filed.
- The request is submitted after 3 business days but still within the 30-day window.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Any order where filings have already been submitted to FMCSA or other agencies.
- Orders involving custom services, consultations, or expedited processing that have already begun.
- Orders left inactive for 30 days due to missing documentation or delayed response from the client.
Transaction Fees
All approved refunds are subject to a flat $10 processing fee to cover payment gateway and administrative costs. This amount will be deducted from the total refund.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To cancel an order or request a refund, email us at info@techrig.org with the following details:
- Full name associated with the order
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for the request
Our team will review your request within 2 business days, and if eligible, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Important Conditions
- Once a filing is submitted, it cannot be undone. These services are considered fulfilled and therefore non-refundable.
- If you initiate a chargeback without contacting our support team first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and suspend all related services.
- If you delay in providing required documentation for more than 30 days, the order will be closed, and no refund will be issued.
